Work 3

This piece is about the close relationship my friends and I shared. The animation cycles through our portraits and holds on long enough for each one of us to smile. It functioned as my emotional good bye piece of my senior year of high school.

Work 2

Aluminum Plants Materials: Glass Jars, Pressure Treated Wood, Glue, Aluminum, Plastic

This work is about aluminum packaging and genetically modified organisms. 90 percent of aluminum is used for packaging food yet it is toxic
for the human body to consume. Plants are constantly being genetically altered to withstand more and more treacherous climates and conditions. This work combines the two ideas in a post-apocalyptic scenario where plants are genetically modified to grow an aluminum exterior.

The Wall

Creating together this wall of division. Two people build a wall together, but the wall separates them. They act the same during this creative and constructive process. As soon as the wall is complete, they suffer from separation disorder and start showing signs of insanity. They both decide to 'conquer' the wall, first by climbing, then by demolishing it. The two begin to stack again.

Materials:

Hand welded: sledge hammers and trowels
Collected from the city: bricks
Bought: Mortar
